What is it?
District Convention is held each year in the spring shortly after club officers are elected.  It is similar to International Convention, but on a much smaller scale.  As the name suggests, Circle K members of the Alabama District gather to celebrate the accomplishments of the past year and elect a new District Board of Officers.  As with International Convention, there are awards, social opportunities, and various workshops in which members can participate.  District Convention is a formal conference because the "business" of Circle K is decided upon at this conference, such as amendments to the bylaws and the election of the new District Board.
